Wow, what cute ideas! I may try the ribbon capri idea--wouldn't it be fun to cut off old jeans (the ones they're too tall for but finally fit in around the waist) and add the ribbon? You've done some cute stuff with clothes--didn't you extend one of Kate's skirts one time?
