Once again Yoplait and MyBlogSpark have teamed up to supply me with a great give a way. Yoplait has a new yogurt out called Greek yogurt. It comes in four different flavors. There are strawberry, blueberry, honey vanilla and plain. With 12 grams of protein -- twice that found in leading yogurts-- new Yoplait Greek nourishes from the inside out.
To celebrate its new Greek yogurt and to encourage women to nourish their inner goddess, Yoplait and MyBlogSpark provided me two VIP* coupons for two free cups of Yoplait Greek yogurt, and information about the product. I also received a Yoplait Greek “Nourish Your Inner Goddess” gift pack, which included some great items that help me relax. Additionally, I am provided with another Yoplait Greek “Nourish Your Inner Goddess” gift pack as a giveaway to one of my readers!

I was excited to try this yogurt as I love the taste of Yoplait yogurt. I knew that is was a thicker yogurt from the description but I wasn't expecting it to be that thick. It is like sour cream thickness. It does have a yummy taste but I had a hard time eating them plain. I tried the strawberry, blueberry and honey vanilla. I guess the thickness was my hang up. I mixed them with granola and fruit and loved them. I think they would be good as a dip too.
Use the link below for the coupon and try them out and let me know what you think. At first I had a hard time finding them in my grocery stores. WalMart has them for $1 and I saw an ad for them at Albertson's last week.

I work out to help me have energy, but it's true what they say, "An apple a day, keeps the doctor away." Love apples and love living in the apple country, Washington:)
WHat fun. I love the YoPlus yogurt so I should try this stuff. I work out to have the energy for the day and love the feeling of accomplishment
I'm not so good at working out but I love to stay busy and motivated. I can't pass up a chance to eat yummy and healthy yogurt while relaxing with a good book or bubble bath.
I don't know if this is still going, but I haven't been online much, so here goes: I just went on a girls' weekend with my mom, sister, and sister-in-law. I would definitely say a weekend of hot-tubbing and hiking brought out my inner goddess! :)
