I have been looking for more fiber in my diet to help prolong hunger so I was hoping this would help. Boy am I glad I tried it. It is delicious and very creamy. No grit from the fiber like some yogurts have.
My Safeway store had three flavors, Strawberry, Peach and Vanilla.
Right now Safeway (and it's family of stores) is having a sale on Fiber One yogurt. It is 2 for $4. Good price but if you are like me it has to have a coupon and a sale in order for it to get in my cart! There are a bunch of coupons for the fiber One yogurt in the newspapers and also through the on-line sites that you load directly to your Safeway card (shortcuts.com and cellfire.com). Today I got two packs for free with my coupons! I got the strawberry and Peach. My oh my I love the peach. Reminds me of a parfait. Yum. The strawberry is good too. I love the little pieces of fruit mixed throughout the yogurt.
Each yogurt has 50 calories, 5 grams of fiber and 0 grams of fat. Certainly good for my diet. Plus I didn't feel as hungry as I normally do right before dinner so I think it is helping me get through snack time.

What an awesome idea. I don't think we have any Safeways around here but if I got it I am sure it would find its way to someone to use. I want to buy it and try it now. I buy Yoplait but that sounds yummy and I love their Bars. If you haven't tried those you are missing out.
Guess I should've given you that yogurt coupon afterall! I've never tried it, but I love the bars. I always thought it might be gritty, but if you say it's not, bring it on! :) I want to try the strawberry. This is cool how fun! Yay for coupons!! :D
I love fiber one. I get the bars however, Alex loves them too and they give him Diarrhea. Yuck So I don't get them much
Rita - Safeway has a family of stores. Maybe you have one of them in your area. The gift card works for all these stores: Dominick’s, Tom Thumb, Randalls, Vons, Genuardi’s
Peach!!!!! I love peach yogurt and would love to try it. I wish I did more couponing, but it seems like quite a job!
I think I would go for the Strawberry. I've always been afraid to try these even though I've had the coupons. I love yogurt! Fun giveaway. :)
