Hello everyone. We had a good birthday party with Kisiah. She really got into opening presents! The older kids wanted to help her but she didn't like that! So far she has left the Christmas ones alone so that is good. She doesn't quite remember what happens at Christmas. It was fun to see her sit on Santa's lap and talk to him as all our other kids have been afraid at that age. In fact Arika was too afraid to sit on his lap this year! Ben gave Kisiah a princess dress, Kate made her an Elmo blanket, Arika gave her an Elmo place mat, Rebekah shared a bottle of baby food as she begs for each it time Bekah eats it. Bart and I got her an Elmo Christmas movie. She is definitely an Elmo girl. She sang happy birthday to herself and blew out candles on her Elmo cake. Loves the snow we got and was so happy to have the older kids out of school because of it so they could play outside with her in it. I forget that all this is new and fun to her. It is fun to see it through her eyes. She saw Bart's thumb the other day when he was airing it out and came to me and asked me to wash it for him as it was yucky dirty! In her prayer later she asked Heavenly Father to wash his thumb all away and make it better. She is so sweet and loving. We are so happy she is part of our family. The snow hasn't stopped and we got some freezing rain on top of that so we didn't have church today and it has been interesting to stay busy but keep sabbath spirit. We love you all and hope that you can have a white Christmas too!
